2023 Novena to Our Lady of Mount Carmel

This year our reflections for this beautiful feast will focus on Mary’s Contemplation of the events recounted in the Mysteries of the Rosary.

Each night during the novena we will reflect on one or more aspects of this topic as we honor Mary and seek her guidance along our Carmelite journey.

We will celebrate Our Lady of Mount Carmel’s feast day at our Community Meeting. Bring something tasty to share!

Saturday, July 15

We will say the prayers for the final day of the novena AND hand out scapulars at the 8:15 a.m. Mass on Saturday. Wear your scapulars and sit together. The prayers for the last day of the novena will be said after Mass in the DeSousa House, St. John’s classroom. There will be no evening novena on Saturday, July 15.

Sunday, July 16

We will celebrate the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel at our community meeting on Sunday, July 16. Bring something tasty to share.
